I started out in New Spitalfields Market over 20 years ago as an order checker for a leading catering firm. After 10 years in Spitalfields I moved to New Covent Garden as a porter for J Collingridge after 10 years I was asked to join Premier Fruits to help run the Banana department and not looked back since.

We pride ourselves for fulfilling our customers’ requirements  for quality and colour even if means a visit on a Sunday to the Banana rooms.
